One of the most impactful learning experiences available to a new and struggling teacher is a one-on-one mentorship.  Teachers will gain valuable insight and a chance to ask pertinent questions and gain skills from  a teacher of the year candidate.  If there are more than one teacher that needs help within the same building group mentoring is available as well.
